Cary Feldman joined the firm in 2002 and practices in the areas of White Collar Criminal, Enforcement and Commercial Litigation. Mr. Feldman has conducted numerous criminal and commercial trials, both jury and non-jury, as a prosecutor and as a private practitioner. He is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, and more recently served as the Deputy Independent Counsel for the independent counsel investigation of then Secretary of the Interior, Bruce Babbitt. He has written or contributed to a number of publications and is frequent speaker in the areas of criminal and trial practice.
Mr. Feldman received his B.A. from the University of Rochester and his J.D., with Honors, from the George Washington University Law School. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in the District of Columbia and Maryland, and a number of other Federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court.
