Eugene R. Fidell

A native of New York, Eugene R. Fidell is a partner in the firm's Litigation Department and head of the Military Practice Group. He graduated in 1965 from Queens College, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and in 1968 from Harvard Law School. He served in the United States Coast Guard from 1969 to 1972. His practice includes general civil litigation, federal administrative law, appeals, and military law, an area in which he frequently serves as a commentator for national and foreign news media.
