Grace B. Culley joined the firm in 2003, and focuses her practice in the areas of white collar criminal defense, and government investigations and enforcement matters.  Ms. Culley also has experience representing corporate executives in contract litigation, members of the Uniformed Services in personnel disputes, and corporate and non-profit healthcare entities and employers in a variety of civil litigation matters, including disputes involving federal anti-discrimination statutes, wage and hour laws, and Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement.
