Edward T. Waters Elected President of the National Grants Management Association

On April 30, 2003, Edward T. Waters was elected to become President of the National Grants Managment Association (NGMA). NGMA is an association of over 400 professionals in the field of Federal grants. Mr. Waters has been on the Board for the past two years and will take office on July 1.
