Mary Pence is Participating in the Drafting of a Uniform Collaborative Law Statute

Partner Mary Pence (center in photo) is participating in the work of a drafting committee of NCCUSL ("National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws"). Because Family Law is generally a matter of state rather than federal law, the drafting committee's work will result in a collaborative law statute which, as it is enacted by the states, will bring greater public awareness, uniformity, and a higher profile to the practice of collaborative law.
