Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP Elects Two New Partners
Washington - Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP is pleased to announce that it has named Adam J. Falk and Robert A. Graham as partners.

Adam J. Falk is a member of the Health Care Law and Corporate & Business Law Practice Groups. He routinely counsels health care providers, provider networks, and managed care organizations regarding regulatory, transactional and compliance matters. Mr. Falk provides specialized guidance on the complex interaction between federal programs created under the Public Health Service Act and the Medicare and Medicaid health insurance programs created under the Social Security Act. He also counsels clients on tax and antitrust issues related to corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, affiliations and joint ventures. He began his career as a trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice.
Mr. Falk has lectured at numerous conferences and he teaches in the Graduate Certificate Program in Health Care Corporate Compliance sponsored by the George Washington University, where he holds a faculty appointment. He is a volunteer attorney for clients of the Whitman Walker Clinic, and serves on that organization's board of directors. Mr. Falk holds a J.D. (cum laude) from Boston University School of Law, an M.P.H. from Boston University School of Public Health, and a B.A. from Brandeis University.
Robert A. Graham is a member of the Appeals and Government Grants & Contracts Practice Groups. His practice focuses on trial and appellate litigation, as well as matters involving federal grants compliance and dispute resolution. Mr. Graham has extensive litigation experience in the areas of civil rights, fair housing and administrative law. He has briefed and argued numerous appeals in the federal courts, and also served as the counsel of record for amici curiae in two matters before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Graham holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, and an A.B. (cum laude) from the University of North Carolina. He previously clerked for the Hon. Eugene E. Siler, Jr., of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
