Senior Partner, Gene Fidell, has co-authored a new, law school case book, Military Justice: Cases and Materials, with co-authors, Prof. Elizabeth L. Hillman and Col. Dwight H. Sullivan. The book is published by LexisNexis and is accompanied by a Statutory Supplement and Teacher's Manual. This is the first new military justice casebook to appear in many years.
