Feldesman Tucker Announces Formation of New Appellate Practice Group
Feldesman Tucker is pleased to announce the establishment of its Appellate Practice Group, providing a full range of services in the United States Court of Appeals and the appellate courts of Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. The Firm represents both parties and friends of the court (amici curiae) in appeals. Lawyers in the Appellate Practice Group are also available to consult with other counsel on cases that have entered the appellate phase for development of strategy, assistance in drafting, and conduct of moot courts and oral argument.
The Group is headed by senior partner Eugene R. Fidell. He has argued numerous federal appeals, and is among the few attorneys who have presented oral argument on behalf of an amicus curiae in the United States Supreme Court. He has also been appointed to serve as an amicus curiae by the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
