Partner Edward Waters addresses Federal Grants Subcommittee of the Federal Bar Association on FFATA

Yukins (right) from the FBA Government Contracts Section Federal Grants Committee event of February 1, 2007.  Waters and Yukins discussed The Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006, a law requiring a free public database to report all government contracts and grants, including those at sub-tier levels, at an FBA event on February 1, 2007, at Holland & Knight LLP in Washington, D.C., and via dial-in.  Mr. Waters is Managing Partner, Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP and Chair, Board of Directors of the National Grants Management Association and Mr. Yukins is Co-Director, Government Procurement Law Program, The George Washington University Law School.
