Senior Partner Gene Fidell addresses Annual Meeting of the American Law Institute

Senior Partner Gene Fidell, who heads Feldesman Tucker's Military Practice Group, was selected to represent the new Life Members of the American Law Institute at the ALI's Annual Meeting in San Francisco in May 2007. His address, entitled "The Guantanamo Detentions and the Military Commissions Act, or How Not to Develop Law and Legal Institutions," will be published in the meeting proceedings later this year. Life Members are those who have been Members of the ALI for 25 years.
