Edward T. Waters Elected for Third Term as President of the National Grants Management Association

On May 4, 2005, Edward T. Waters was elected for a record third time to become President of the National Grants Managment Association (NGMA). With over 700 members, NGMA is the largest association of grants management professionals in the country. Mr. Waters has been on the Board for the past four years and will hold office until June 30, 2006.
