Senior Partner Eugene R. Fidell Named to  American Bar Association Standing Committee

Robert J. Grey, Jr., President of the American Bar Association, recently appointed Feldesman Tucker senior partner Eugene R. Fidell to a 3-year term on the ABA's Standing Committee on Law and National Security.  Mr. Fidell also serves on the ABA's Task Force on Treatment of Enemy Combatants, which has been deeply involved with issues relating to the Guantanamo Bay detainees.
