Victory for Navy Commander in United States Court of Appeals

Eugene Fidell, Matthew Freedus and Charlotte Cluverius of FT's nationally-known Military Practice Group have won a unanimous decision from the D.C. Circuit for a Navy Commander. Reversing the district court, the decision keeps the federal courts open to service members seeking review of correction-board cases involving nonjudicial punishment.
