Feldesman Tucker Grants Lawyers Published in New Clinical Research Compliance Manual Released by Aspen

This month Aspen Publishers released a new book in which FTLF Grants attorneys contributed 3 chapters. CLINICAL RESEARCH COMPLIANCE MANUAL, An Administrative Guide, is designed for individuals or organizations receiving or applying for clinical research funding through federal grants, as a resource to help establish best practices in compliance.  The manual, written by experts in the field, provides legal explanations of the major regulatory issues in an easy-to-understand format.  Chapter 5 "Overview of Federal Grants Administration" was co-authored by FTLF attorneys Edward T. Waters, Robert A. Graham, and J. Zoe Beckerman.  Chapter 6 "Administration of NIH-Supported Clinical Research" was co-authored by FTLF attorneys Edward T. Waters, J. Zoe Beckerman, and Melinda Murray.  Chapter 7 "Key Grants Management and Accounting Issues" was co-authored by FTLF attorneys Edward T. Waters, Melinda G. Murray, and Robert A.
