Criminal Law: White Collar Investigations and Trials
Attorneys in the Feldesman Tucker Government Investigation and Enforcement Group have represented corporations and individuals in white collar and regulatory non-compliance matters. We participated in the political corruption trials involving Maryland Governor Marvin Mandel, the Watergate-related prosecution of Attorney General John Mitchell, the Iran-Contra investigation, and the independent counsel investigations of Interior Secretary Bruce Babbitt and of President Clinton's relationship with Monica Lewinsky.
