Harvey joined the firm in 2006 after serving in the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General Corps for seven years both as an assistant staff judge advocate (1999 to 2001) and as a criminal defense attorney (2001 to 2006). He currently practices in the Military Law and Litigation practice groups where he represents clients at courts-martial, military courts of appeal, various boards and related federal litigation.
