Professional Information

Michael B. Glomb joined Feldesman Tucker in 1990. His practice concentrates in the areas of health care and nonprofit organizations, including professional and trade associations.  Mr. Glomb advises health care providers across the country on complex issues related to health care delivery, including Stark II, fraud and abuse, income tax exemption and, with respect to federally funded providers, grant law issues such as allowable costs and A-133 audits.  He is the firm's lead attorney for HIPAA compliance and federal income tax exemption matters.  Mr. Glomb is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in Health Policy at The George Washington University School of Public Health and Health Services where he teaches a graduate certificate course in health care corporate compliance.
