Adam Falk and Uri Bilek authored an article that was published in the February 7, 2011 Issue of Bloomberg Law Reports, Health Law Reporter. The article discusses the costs to health care organizations in connection with the implementation of compliance programs mandated under the Health Reform Law. The discussion focuses on the direct costs of operating a compliance program, as well as the costs associated with repayments and penalties resulting from findings of non-compliance.

Adam J.
