Jonathan Dana joined Feldesman Tucker in 1986. He practices in the area of Family Law and is a past co-chair of the Family Law Section of the District of Columbia Bar. Mr. Dana is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland. He has held the positions of voting delegate to the Annual Judicial Conference of the District of Columbia, 1984-1995, and participant to the Charles Fahy American Inn of Court, 1990.
Cary Feldman joined the firm in 2002 and practices in the areas of white collar criminal enforcement and commercial litigation. Mr. Feldman has conducted numerous criminal and commercial trials, both jury and non-jury, as a prosecutor and as a private practitioner. He is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, and more recently served as the Deputy Independent Counsel for the independent counsel investigation of, then Secretary of the Interior, Bruce Babbitt. He has written or contributed to a number of publications and is frequent speaker in the areas of criminal and trial practice.
Mary Pence practices in the area of domestic relations with a special focus on the Collaborative process. She is involved in Collaborative work at the local, regional and national levels and is consistently recognized as one of the Washington, D.C. area's top matrimonial attorneys.
Marna S. Tucker has practiced law in the domestic relations field for over thirty-five years, and is a nationwide expert in complex divorces, domestic violence and prenuptial matters. She has been recognized several times as one of the "Top Divorce Lawyers" by the Washingtonian Magazine as well as one of the "Top Lawyers" in Washington, D.C. She is a Fellow of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers and a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. The Legal Times recently honored her as one of 30 "Visionaries" among "Washington's Greatest Lawyers."
Ms. Zimmerman represents clients in all aspects of family law including custody, divorce, and domestic violence matters. Ms. Zimmerman is trained in collaborative law and mediation and is a member of the Board of the D.C. Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Ms. Zimmerman works together with her clients to resolve their family law matters through negotiation, mediation, collaborative law and litigation.
