OMB Circulars Are Available Again at Whitehouse.gov
As many grantees no doubt noticed, with the change of Presidential administrations, the Office of Management and Budget reference materials we had grown accustomed to finding on the Whitehouse website became inaccessible.
We are happy to report that they again appear to be available. You may now find the various OMB Circulars as well as links to the annual OMB Circular A-133/Subpart F Compliance Supplements at: https://www.whitehouse.gov/omb/information-for-agencies/circulars. Further, as with the previous iteration of the Whitehouse webpage that provided these materials, links are also available to tables displaying the historical agency-specific codifications of Circulars A-102 and A-110.
