Health Center Corporate Compliance Trainings

Health Center Compliance Trainings are offered through the collaboration between the
National Association of Community Health Centers and Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP.

With financial support from and in collaboration with the National Association of Community Health Centers ("NACHC"), Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP ("FTLF") and RSM McGladrey Inc. have developed corporate compliance trainings for Community Health Centers.

Hosted by Primary Care Associations around the country, each 2-day training is specifically designed for health centers and provides an understanding of corporate compliance and addresses some of the challenges faced by health centers in implementing corporate compliance programs.  Specifically, the program will:
  • Describe the seven elements of effective corporate compliance programs;
  • Explain the key legal and financial requirements for health centers;
  • Explain how to conduct risk assessments, audits and investigations, as well as how to create a compliance program work plan tailored to meet the needs of your health center;
  • Include a special Compliance Officers-only training session;
  • Include a compliance training session for board members; and
  • Include a Toolkit DVD that includes sample checklists, forms, and procedures.

The following upcoming sessions are currently scheduled:
