Adam Falk was a featured speaker at the DC Bar Association's Introduction to Health Law Series on February 12, 2009. Mr. Falk, who advises plans and providers on reimbursement and compliance issues in federal health care programs, provided an overview of Medicaid payment methodologies, the relevant legal authorities, and federal litigation that has influenced payment to plans and providers. The other speakers were Steve Hitov of the National Health Law Program and Andy Schneider, Chief Health Counsel, House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.
