 Adam Falk, a partner in the Firm's health care practice group, has been selected to serve as faculty for an educational series on health law sponsored by the District of Columbia Bar Association. On February 4, 2010, Adam will provide an overview of Medicaid payment policies. The six-part educational series is designed for lawyers entering into health law practice as well as for experienced practitioners.
