Michael Golde currently serves as Of Counsel to Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP, initially joined the firm in 1998 as an associate attorney. His practice concentrates in advising and counseling health care and nonprofit organizations, with heavy emphasis on Federally Qualified Health Centers focusing on business transactions and regulatory matters. He regularly advises FQHCs, and other health care providers across the country, on complex issues related to health care delivery and collaborative affiliations including; fraud and abuse law, Federal reimbursement/payment issues, graduate medical education programs, non-profit tax issues and, with respect to federally funded organizations, and federal grants management issues.

Mr. Golde's skills and subject expertise includes: Federal grants, including Public Health Service grants, and grant-related requirements for health care services; federal health care fraud and abuse law; Medicaid and Medicare services and reimbursement issues, graduate medical education and clinical research legal/reimbursement requirements; the Federal Tort Claims Act, non-profit corporation law; federal income tax exemption law; the HIPAA Privacy Rule; and information techonology/systems contracting.
