Uri Bilek is an associate in the health law and federal grants law practice groups in the firm’s Washington, DC office. Mr. Bilek assists clients in regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters. In his health law practice, Mr. Bilek counsels clients on evaluating, developing, and implementing health care corporate compliance programs; including codes of conduct, policies and procedures, employee screening, and training. Mr. Bilek also represents health care and life science entities in connection with government inquiries, audits, and investigations; including the negotiation and subsequent implementation of corporate integrity agreements. Additionally, Mr. Bilek advises clients in the areas of federal and state fraud issues; including anti-kickback, false claims, and false billings.
