David R. Selig, PT, M.H.A., serves as a Principal of FT Solutions, LLC, a management and consulting firm located in Washington, DC. Mr. Selig has over 23 years of experience in integrated healthcare delivery systems, the development and financing of collaborative networks and other service organization model types, organizational strategic development, managed care, as a hospital executive, large group practice administrator and as a practicing physical therapist. 

Mr. Selig serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Community Care Network of Virginia (CCNV), Virginia’s statewide community health center owned and governed network of over 300 safety net providers delivering care in 95 independent Federally Qualified Health Center locations across the Commonwealth of Virginia, as well as its subsidiary corporation, ComCare, LLC, Virginia’s statewide shared health information technology corporation.

Mr. Selig received a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1985 from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, and a Masters of Health Services Administration from the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University in 1992. Mr. Selig serves on a variety of Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards including Beth Sholom Rehabilitation Clinic, the Community Station Board for WCVE television, the Richmond based public television affiliate licensed to Commonwealth Public Broadcasting in Richmond, Virginia, and is the Past Chair of the Department of Health and Human Services, Bureau of Primary Health Care’s National Workgroup for Health Center Controlled Networks in Rockville, Maryland.
