Grace B. Culley joined the firm in 2003, and focuses her practice in the areas of white collar criminal defense, government investigations and enforcement matters, and commercial litigation. Ms. Culley has experience trying bench and jury trials at both the federal and state levels in cases involving contract disputes, employment discrimination, and civil fraud. Ms. Culley also has experience representing attorneys in bar counsel/disciplinary investigations, members of the uniformed services in personnel disputes, and corporate and non-profit healthcare entities and employers in a variety of civil litigation matters, including disputes involving federal anti-discrimination statutes, wage and hour laws, and Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement.
