January 12, 2012 — Attorneys Adam J. Falcone and Laura G. Hoffman co-authored an article in the Fall/Winter 2011 edition of the National Association of Community Health Centers’ Community Health Forum magazine. Their article summarizes the final rule to implement the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ Medicare Shared Savings Program, a key accountable care initiative under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, and considers federal marketing guidelines applicable to Medicare and Medicaid managed care organizations.
