Ms. Pervine is an associate in the firm’s Health Law and Federal Grant Law practice groups. She assists health care entities, federal grant recipients, and other organizations on matters of regulatory compliance, contracting, and health privacy law.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pervine served as a legal fellow at Emory University’s Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center. In this capacity, she provided analysis and guidance on state and federal health care programs as well as federal funding initiatives that supported state efforts to serve individuals living with Alzheimer’s Disease. Ms. Pervine brings this experience of advising clients on complex regulatory programs and drafting legislative proposals to her work with FTLF’s diverse client base, both within and outside the health care sector.
