A former clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and a 2014 graduate of Yale Law School, Daniel Bousquet joined Feldesman Tucker in 2017.
Daniel’s interest in family law stems from his experiences working as a student director of The Sol & Lillian Goldman Family Advocacy for Children and Youth Clinic at Yale Law School, and his time working with at-risk youth at a small boarding school in rural Maine. Daniel has experience representing minors in abuse and neglect proceedings.
Prior to joining Feldesman Tucker, Daniel was a litigation associate at the Washington, D.C. office of Jenner & Block. While at Jenner & Block, Daniel worked on a variety of matters, including a merits brief in a seminal case before the U.S. Supreme Court, and an international monitorship of a European bank on behalf of a state regulator.
A native of Savannah, Georgia, Daniel obtained his B.A., summa cum laude, from Bates College.
