Prior to joining FTLF, Jonay completed a two-year clerkship with Chief Judge Raner C. Collins at the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, where she assisted in managing the civil motions docket. While in law school, Jonay interned for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of the General Counsel, the White House Counsel’s Office, U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Education and the Workforce, and the Arizona Court of Appeals. Prior to law school, she worked extensively on advocating for health care reform as a Wellstone Fellow at Families USA.
Jonay received her law degree from the University of Arizona after graduating from Johns Hopkins University with a B.A. in Public Health.
