Bethesda Area’s Top Divorce Attorneys

Two partners in the Family Law practice group have been named “Top Divorce Lawyers” by Bethesda magazine.  Jonathan Dana and Marina Barannik were recommended for this honor by a group of 50 of their peers who practice family law in Montgomery County, Maryland.  The process was highly selective, since only 28 were selected out of a total of 475 family law members of the Bar Association of Montgomery County.

Bethesda magazine noted that “Jonathan Dana is head of the family law group and managing partner at a law firm that has been around for 47 years.  At least half of his cases are tried in Maryland courts.  Dana’s main focus is often on complex financial and family law cases involving high income and complicated assets.”

Of his partner, the magazine said: “Marina Barannik works on cases that require a high degree of specialization – especially when families are in different countries where different laws come into play.  Now a partner at one of the District’s elite family law firms, much of her work involves foreign nationals.”

Jonathan and Marina are honored to have been recognized by their peers, who had an opportunity to assess Jonathan’s and Marina’s skills first-hand as they worked together to resolve Family Law cases over the years.
