On January 22, 2020, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) issued proposed revisions to the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (the Uniform Guidance). We previously wrote about noteworthy items in the proposed rule here.

Those changes have arrived and are scheduled to be published in the Federal Register tomorrow, August 13, 2020. The pre-publication version of the final guidance is available here, and you can download a pdf copy here. This is the first major substantive revision to the Uniform Guidance since 2014.
