From early childhood education to doctoral programs, FTLF’s Education Group provides counseling, training, and legal representation to educational institutions and organizations across the United States. With evolving regulatory mandates, our experienced team of attorneys understand the legal and compliance demands facing educational institutions.

Bringing together a diversified depth of experience, FTLF attorneys have experience providing comprehensive legal representation to a broad spectrum of education clients including nationally renowned public and private universities, colleges, independent schools, school districts, charter schools, vocational and for-profit institutions, accrediting agencies, foundations, and education technology companies.  We bring decades of experience in education regulatory compliance and federal grants compliance.  FTLF’s education attorneys have served as senior-level legal in-house counsel at colleges and universities, as attorneys in the federal government, and at non-profit, grant funded organizations.  This interdisciplinary group of highly accomplished lawyers possess both particularized technical expertise as well as valuable industry experience. We draw on these assets to efficiently represent our clients’ diverse interests and ever-changing challenges.
