Emily C. Baker Promoted to Partner
Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP (FTLF) is pleased to announce the promotion of Emily C. Baker to Partner. Practicing in the firm’s family law group, Emily joined FTLF as an associate in 2015. Her advancement is a testament to the hard work and dedication she has shown to the firm’s clients over the past several years.
Emily assists clients who have a variety of issues relating to separation and divorce and has particular experience in representing clients in complex, high net-worth family law matters. Emily advocates for her clients’ most important objectives by utilizing any number of dispute resolution techniques including negotiation, mediation, Collaborative Divorce, and/or litigation depending on the specifics of the situation. Emily practices in Northern Virginia, primarily in Fairfax County, Arlington County, the City of Alexandria, and also in the District of Columbia.
A graduate of the Washington and Lee University School of Law, Emily is a member of both the Virginia State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar. Emily served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert J. Smith and the Honorable Bruce D. White of Fairfax County Circuit Court. She is an active member of the Collaborative Professionals of Northern Virginia and the Fairfax County Bar Association. Emily has been recognized as a Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers Rising Star in Virginia and Washington, D.C.
