Firm Partners to Speak at NCAP Annual Convention

This year’s National Community Action Partnership (NCAP) Convention, taking place August 23-25, 2023 in Atlanta, will host firm partners Nicole M. Bacon and Edward “Ted” Waters for a discussion on the concept and application of federal interest for grantees.

Mr. Waters and Ms. Bacon will present, “Whose Property Is It Anyway? What You Should Know about the Federal Interest” on Friday, August 25, from 10:15-11:45 a.m. ET. The attorneys will draw upon their wealth of federal grants knowledge and experience counseling community action agencies to address the complicated aspects of using federal funds for real or personal property.
