FTLF Attorney Kathryn Watson To Teach 340B Compliance Webinar
Kathryn Watson, an associate at Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP, will be a presenter on an upcoming live webinar, 340B Compliance: Overcoming Challenges with Diversion, Duplicate Discounts, and Orphan Drug Restrictions, on Wednesday, January 15th. The webinar, running from 1 pm to 2:30 pm Eastern, will offer guidance to counsel for providers who participate in the 340B drug discount program, and is eligible for at least 1.5 CLE credits.
Ms. Watson, along with fellow presenter William Sarraille, of Sidley Austin, will examine the compliance pitfalls facing counsel for providers participating in the 340B program, and will offer best practices for developing, implementing, and monitoring an effective compliance program. Following the presentation will be an interactive Q&A to answer specific questions.
