FTLF Attorney Presents at IPHCA 2020 Virtual Leadership Conference

Today, FTLF Partner Jason Reddish will present on recent 340B Drug Discount Program developments at the Illinois Primary Health Care Association (IPHCA) 2020 Virtual Leadership Conference.

Mr. Reddish will discuss current and emerging threats to the 340B Program in 2020. He will highlight strategies to protect 340B reimbursement from increasingly aggressive payers and to protect pharmacy operations from attempts by some drug manufacturers to undermine retail pharmacy operations. Additionally, Mr. Reddish will share opportunities to leverage the 340B Program to increase patient access through telemedicine and clinical pharmacy operations.
