FTLF Attorney to Present at CPCA’s 2022 Financial Conference

This week, FTLF Partner Susannah V. Gopalan will present at the California Primary Care Association’s 2022 Financial Conference for CFOs and Billing Managers in San Diego, CA, on May 18, 2022. During her session on the No Surprises Act’s “good faith estimate” requirements for health centers, Ms. Gopalan will discuss implementation concerns, the latest from HHS, and operational guidance to comply with federal regulations.
