FTLF Attorney to Speak on Health Center Mergers at CPCA Annual Conference

Michael D. Golde, Of Counsel at FTLF, will present at the upcoming California Primary Care Association (CPCA) Annual Conference taking place October 12-13, 2023, in Los Angeles. This premier event draws key decision makers and leadership to discuss pressing issues affecting the health care industry. 

Mr. Golde will draw upon his experiences as an attorney and a health center Board Chair in his session “Health Centers and Merger: A Case Study on the Evaluation and Implementation Processes.” On Thursday, October 12 from 3:15 – 4:30 p.m., Mr. Golde will discuss key legal and regulatory strategies for health center boards and management weighing mergers as a means to long-term stability.
