FTLF attorneys, Adam Falcone and Carrie Bill presented at the recent National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare conference, which was held April 8-10 in Las Vegas. The National Council has 2,000 member organizations and is the unifying voice of America’s community mental health and addictions treatment organizations.  Mr. Falcone and Ms. Bill conducted a day-long preconference compliance training, entitled Health Reform Toughens Up on Compliance: Prepare Now, that outlined compliance enforcement trends, identified areas of exposure, and provided participants with the tools and knowledge to implement an effective compliance program.  Mr. Falcone also presented at a session highlighting changes to coding and billing for behavioral healthcare providers, entitled New CPT/EM Codes: Are You in Compliance.
