FTLF attorneys Nicole M. Bacon, Kathryn E. Doi, Susannah Vance Gopalan and Edward “Ted” Waters will speak at the California Primary Care Association (CPCA) Billing Managers Conference and CFO Conference from May 31 to June 2 in San Diego. They will share their experience and insights on various topics related to health center compliance.

Their presentations will cover critical issues health center staff regularly encounter, including revenue cycle compliance, Medicare program requirements, changes in scope, and time and effort requirements under the Uniform Guidance.

On May 31, Ms. Gopalan will present ‘Considering Revenue Cycle Compliance’ and ‘Medicare in 2023; What’s new? What’s changing? What do we need to revisit?’.

On June 1, Ms. Doi and Mr. Waters will present ‘Dancing Between the Raindrops: Avoiding Medi-Cal Change in Scope Pitfalls’ and Ms. Bacon and Mr. Waters will present ‘The Effort is Worth the Time: Time and Effort Requirements under the Uniform Guidance.’
