Washington, DC — Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP (FTLF), a nationally recognized law firm in health care, federal grant programs, and regulatory law, is excited to announce the opening of its new West Coast office in Sacramento, California. The office will be located at 400 Capitol Mall, Suite 2580, Sacramento, CA 95814 and will provide a full suite of services while strengthening the firm’s West Coast presence.

FTLF has virtually unparalleled knowledge in the intricacies of federal programs. This move builds on five decades of advising and representing publicly-funded organizations on a range of compliance and grant-related matters. Leading the new office as Partner-in-Charge is Kathryn E. Doi, a highly-respected attorney with more than 30 years of experience practicing health care and federal regulatory law in California. A seasoned litigator, she possesses an extensive knowledge of the health care industry and its governing statutes, regulations and agencies. Ms. Doi will initially be joined by an experienced group of attorneys, including Michael D. Golde, Of Counsel, and Victoria A. Felt, Associate, formerly with the California Department of Public Health, Office of Legal Services. Complementing this team is an additional two dozen attorneys with broad, federal regulatory experience based in Washington, DC, and other locations across the country.
