FTLF Managing Partner Ted Waters Speaks at Colloquium Hosted by GW Law School
As a result of the Federal Grants Law seminar FTLF attorneys Ted Waters and Zoe Beckerman are teaching at the George Washington University Law School this semester, Ted participated in a recent colloquium held at the law school on the new Supercircular. The “New Federal Grants Guidance: A Historic Shift” colloquium focused on the Office of Management and Budget’s recent and drastic reorganization of OMB Circulars and other grant guidance policies. The colloquium shed light on the history and motivations behind the changes, important concepts of the Supercircular, and the implications it has on grants administration.
Ted spoke on the panel with Joseph Ellis, Policy Analyst at the Office of Management and Budget,Gilbert Tran, Policy Analyst at the Office of Management and Budget, Daniel Gordon, Associate Dean for Government Procurement Law Studies at George Washington University Law School, Steven Schooner, Nash & Cibinic Professor of Government Procurement Law and Co-Director of the Government Procurement Law Program at George Washington University Law School, and Christopher Yunkis, Lynn David Research Professor in Government Procurement Law and Co-Director of the Government Procurement Law Program at George Washington University Law School.
