FTLF Partner Kathy Ghiladi to Lead Session at AHLA Institute on Medicare and Medicaid Payment Issues

FTLF Partner Kathy Ghiladi will be conducting a session at the American Health Lawyers Association’s (AHLA) upcoming Institute on Medicare and Medicaid Payment Issues. Kathy’s session at the Institute, “FQHCs, RHCs, and CHCs: The Year in Review,” will take place on Friday, March 28th.

The Institute is being held in Baltimore, Maryland, and will provide comprehensive instruction on legal issues related to reimbursement and Medicare and Medicaid payment issues. Kathy’s session is aimed towards helping other health lawyers parse out those aspects of the Affordable Care Act that are most pertinent to FQHCs, RHCs, and CHCs as well as highlight other germane developments in health care legislation.
