FTLF Partner Michael B. Glomb, a senior member of FTLF’s Health Care Practice Group, will make a presentation on Using 340B Drugs Across the Continuum of Care: How to Provide Quality Service and Stay Compliant, on April 10^th at the Health Care Compliance Association’s 23^rd Annual Compliance Institute in Boston, Massachusetts.  Mr. Glomb is a member of FTLF’s 340B/Pharmacy Team, and advises clients on contracting, reimbursement, and fraud and abuse issues.  As part of FTLF’s 340B team, Mr. Glomb regularly participates in FTLF- sponsored training events and webinars on 340B issues.  In addition, Mr. Glomb, along with other FTLF attorneys, is a member of the faculty for The George Washington University’s Health Care Corporate Compliance Graduate Certificate Program, a course developed by FTLF in collaboration with the University.
