FTLF Partner to Address Cost Accounting Requirements at the 2023 Nonprofit Symposium

FTLF Partner Scott S. Sheffler has been invited to serve as a panelist at the Greater Washington Society of CPAs (GWSCPA) 2023 Nonprofit Symposium, set to take place in Washington, DC.

Mr. Sheffler will be presenting on “Cost Accounting Requirements For Nonprofits that Hold Federal Awards and the Consequences of Noncompliance” on Thursday, November 9, from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. During this session, Mr. Sheffler will explore the intricacies of the Uniform Guidance’s cost accounting requirements for nonprofits that receive federal awards. He will also provide valuable insights into the potential consequences that may arise in the case of noncompliance with these stipulations.
