Today, FTLF Partner Adam J. Falcone will present at the National Council for Mental Wellbeing’s NatCon23. The conference runs from May 1-3 in Los Angeles, CA and is one of the largest gatherings of behavior health professionals in the country,

Mr. Falcone’s session, titled “Best Practices in Contracting,” will provide attendees with strategies for conducting effective and efficient reviews of their contracts. The workshop is designed to help individuals and organizations take a critical look at their current and future contracts, while providing key insights into what a seasoned attorney looks for during review.

During the presentation, Mr. Falcone will help attendees apply best practices in contract review, identify key issues in standard contracts and provide instruction in avoiding ambiguous terms and definitions that can lead to disputes.
