FTLF Partners Author Article on Compliance and Ethics Programs in Nursing Facilities

FTLF Partners Dianne Pledgie and Susannah Vance Gopalan co-authored a feature article in the March 2020 issue of the American Health Lawyers Association’s magazine, AHLA Connections.

In the article, “Compliance and Ethics Programs in Nursing Facilities: Overcoming Policy Uncertainty and Logistical Challenges to Build an Effective Program”, the authors provide an overview of the major components of a nursing facility’s compliance and ethics program and requirements for these programs under recently-implemented federal regulations. The authors offer guidance on general principles for cost-effective implementation.
