Marna S. Tucker has practiced law in the family law and divorce field for over forty years, and is a nationwide expert in complex divorces, domestic violence and prenuptial matters. She has been recognized several times as one of the “Top Divorce Lawyers” by the Washingtonian Magazine as well as one of the “Top Lawyers” in Washington, D.C. She is a Fellow of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers and a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. The Legal Times honored her as one of 30 “Visionaries” among “Washington’s Greatest Lawyers” and DC Bar recently added her to the list of prestigious attorneys they call “Legends in the Law.” Marna was also the 2013 recipient of the National Conference of Bar Presidents (NCBP) Fellows Award.
Mary S. Pence is a leader in bringing the Collaborative Divorce model to the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, and in supporting excellence in the practice of Collaborative Law in this area. Mary helps divorcing and family law clients to develop and achieve a vision for their future after divorce. As a Fellow of the American Academy of matrimonial Lawyers, Mary chaired its Collaborative Law Committee from 2005 to 2010. Mary has been elected as the President of the D.C. Academy of Collaborative Professionals beginning in July of this year. Since 1994, Mary has been repeatedly recognized as a top divorce lawyer in the D.C. metro area by Super Lawyers, Washingtonian Magazine, and Best Lawyers.
